The name was given to the restaurant in harmony with the romantic soul of the owner Galina Głazowa, and Anton Czechow would probably be very pleased with such applause for the title of one of his plays. The restaurant was established in 1998 and culinary tradition has become dishes referring to the name, as cherries are an excellent raw material and an addition to drinks, desserts and cakes. The main dishes – the most genuine Siberian pielmeni, dumplings with meat in broth or baked, Uzbek manty, Georgian hinkali with capers, “Charco” soup with beef, walnuts and tkemali sauce.
For vegetarians – super dumplings with cheese or sweet cherries or with liver and buckwheat.
